I have been receiving recurring charges from Plimus/BlueSnap on behalf of some software firm in Lithuania (???). After no response from Plimus/BlueSnap, I opened a fraud investigation with my credit card company. I have tried all of the bogus contact information for Plimus/BlueSnap, but nothing ever happens, no one gets back to me, there's no phone number, the emails go nowhere, the contact form is useless.
If you see a charge from Plimus/BlueSnap, call your credit card immediately and open a fraud file and have them deny the charge and refuse any future charges.

Dear Nora,
We have received the E-mail you sent yesterday ( Issue #7980) and have replied to it. You should be able to see the reply from "Bluesnap" in your inbox
We have refunded the relevant orders on behalf of the merchant (Product's name -PDF Converter )and i can see that your subscription had already been canceled.
If you fear your credit card number was stolen/used by someone else, I advise you should contact your credit card issuer and report it.
Best,
The BlueSnap team.
