I called them thinking they were Belkin customer support. prior to calling them I did not have one problem with my computer I had a problem with my belkin router. the technician from 6247 remotely took over my computer to fix the wifi problem.my computer shut off and completely crashed. this is no joke they crashed my computer and it will not work all I get is a black screen. their suggestion was for me to go knock on my neighbors doors to see if they had an XPrestore cd and they would not charge me to get my computer working again if I could borrow a CD from a neighbor
