I ordered Levela skin cream and Splendyr at the introductory price of $7.95 for each product end of November 2013, with a 14 day trial. My order was received second week of December, and I was charged at the same time of shipment, the price of $89.95 per item. Apparently my trial started the day I ordered the product, even though I did not receive the product for over a week. So what happened to the introductory price? There is no such thing!! I was under the assumption I would have time to actually use the product to see if I like the product, or a 14 day trial. But the company does not give you 14 days to try the product. I then received another shipment of both products at the price of $89.95 each. I was able to cancel my subscription, but I would like a refund for the difference of the first shipment at the introductory price.
