I required a copy of my DD214 in an expedited manner. I spoke with an operating who instructed me on the process, necessary paperwork (which obviously included my SSN) and timeline. I was quoted a price of $131, to receive my DD214 by 3 Jan 2014. Two copies were to be delivered one via email in PDF format and one via mail.
As of 29 Jan 2014 I am still waiting on either copies to become available. I have sent countless emails for which Touchstone has not responded. I have called countless times only to be held in a phone tree until which ultimately disconnects the call. Their online tracking tool just states the order is in process, with no further action.
Though I am out $131, the much greater issue is the time lost and the maintenance of my sensitive data.
This firm has behaved in a highly fraudulent manner and is not what it poses to be.
