I have a new phone and phone number and I get a daily text saying I have a Account Balance Alert, and I do not do business with GTE in any way shape or form. They are looking for the person that use to have the number I now have and it is (863)274-8484. I have contacted them numerous times by phone and can not seem to get this number taken out of their database.
The following is a email I sent GTE and I have not gotten any replys from GTE.
To whom may concern,
I would like someone to call me about a text that I get daily. It in no way concerns me and it is now Text Harassment. I would like someone in your company to call me at the above number so we may get this number taken out of your database. I have talked to numerous people and they tell me there should be no problem in doing so, but to no avail it has not been taken out.
Please call me to get this matter resolved.
