I signed up for what appeared to be a trial sample for $4.95. There were no terms and conditions cited as I always look for hidden contingencies. I decided to go with the trial sample then I was billed $97.28 on 12-21-13 and then an additional billing for $97.28 on 1-20-14. Total = $194.56. I tried 3 times reaching them on their 800 no. The first 2 times I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then I heard the phone finally ring. The phone rang forever without anyone picking up. Yesterday (1-27-14) was the fourth time I called and I went thru the same routine, only I did get in touch with the supervisor (Logan) eventually. He told me he could only refund $97.28 upon return of a package of Rejuval I just received on 1-25-14. He said he would not refund the full $194.28 because the trial was only for 14 days. After 14 days you were committed to the product and billing. I stated I received no such terms and conditions. I then asked him to send me the terms and conditions and he agreed. He and Rejuval Skin still have not sent me these terms and conditions. I will not stop pursuing this because this is a total sham...
