I ordered a "free trial" sample of this product with $4.95 charged for shipping/handling. The product arrived in a plain padded envelope with no company address, product reordering form inside, no product information or advertising for the product inside, and no return address or label, etc. Numerous attempts were made to try to find out how to contact the company, finally resorting to contacting my bank to file a complaint about a $97.28 charge to my account, in which the bank provided the company's 1-800-385-2561 phone number. Then numerous attempts were made to contact the customer service phone number in which I sat on the line waiting for a representative for 20-30 minutes before being "disconnected." After finally reaching a customer service representative, I was told that I had signed up for a "subscription" to receive this product monthly and did not cancel my subscription within 14 days. Upon explaining that I did not even receive this "free" sample until approx. 12-13 days after ordering and there was no mention of a monthly subscription ever. I asked for address to return the product and was told that I would not be able to do that. I stated I did not want the product I received, did not order any future product, did not sign up for a subscription and was not to be charged for a subscription that I did not order, and was told that by requesting the sample that I was "agreeing" to the subscription. I finally told them to immediately cancel this and requested a cancel confirmation number or refund confirmation number and again was "disconnected." My bank has recommended that I close my current account and reopen another account. Do not order Rejuval Skin product. This is a scam!
