Directed to this site from Craigslist. As stated previously, website looks very professional. Did some online research and couldn't find anything negative concerening the company or website. I've emailed several times for an ETA on my package with no response. Also email with a phone-call update but as of yet no response whatsoever. Please be cautious about this company. If they surprise me and actually ship the merchandise, I will remove this complaint.
