I purchased a sample product of face serum for my wife to try, the product arrived in without documentation.Recently $98.95 was deducted from my account by a third party on behalf of pure collagen and I have been informed this amount will be deducted monthly.I emailed the third party who promptly responded and provided me with customer support numbers for Purecollagen.I spoke to customer support in Nevada who have no record of an account in my name and suggested I forward the invoice to them when the product arrives.
