On Jan 8th I purchased a promotional bottle of green bean extract tablets for a shipping cost of $4.74. The sample of tablets was free. The amount of $4.74 was taken out of my VISA account.
Today on Jan 24, 2014 they withdrew $83.47 which I did not authorize at any time.
After a lengthy and aggressive conversation with a representative who stated she did not work for them but only took phone calls, I was told there would be a 50% refund.
This is not good but better than nothing so I accepted it.
This company which markets their "promotional" item on Amazon.com should be avoided at all costs. They are clearly operating a marketing scam with this product.
