Was charged $97.28 for a free trial jar of skin cream because I did not cancel the subscription during a time frame. I did not see the terms/condition policy on facebook. Only said free trial jar and had to pay $4.95 for shipping. Talked to an agent and said there was nothing they could do to return money. Was rudely treated by agent and so called manager. They both disconnected my call .
