Requested a withdrawal of my £568, in May 2013, they have never paid out any of this. In July 2013, I requested a copy of the £300 they said they had already paid in. But the copy was actually paid out (no name on the copy) TEN MONTHS BEFORE I requested the withdrawal. I email them almost daily and they ignore my emails, a few times they have stated that the money has been send, but I have received nothing at all. I've been nice, I've been horrible - no response whatsoever.
