I ordered 1 free sample pp5$ on 01/01/2014.I then received a sample i had not requested on 01/03/2014 costing 8$ for pp this was called skin glow antiaging,i'm 75yrs with incurable blood cancer,and have been told i look a lot younger.I then received a note from my postman to pick up package which i did on 01/06/2014 that was called skin glow eqinox the free sample i requested. Then on 01/15 /2014 these two creams which belong to RTVL skin.com withdrew from my bank account 304$ when phoned them i spoke to Sarah baker who told me that they had sent me a month's supply meaning my free sample !!!!!!!!!! and i would not get my 304$ back i explained my age and illness to no avail i then spoke to Michelle cross no joy then to a Lauren on 01/24/2014 they said as i had not sent the samples back within 14 days they would take the same mount from my account every month i did send the samples back one not used and one half used my bank got involved and i received 238$ dollars into my account a shortfall of 66$ when i last spoke to Lauren at RTVL skin.com she said it was to restock creams even though i had returned one unopened.I was not informed that after 14 days i would be be billed every month how could i afford that on my pension they were not interested i have told them to cancel all details they have on me and cancel not wanted creams which they have done i think only because my bank got involved,i said i would go to the national newspapers to save other people from the same misery but not sure how to go about it all they said it was company policy to charge 20$ per cream even though they haven'n got to replace skin glow antiaging, sorry this is so long winded but i'm not very good at putting my point across in a short version.
