International boundaries
Sent my application and check for notary re-newal. They cashed my check but never submitted my application to the state. They will not answer the phone(now disconnected) or return emails. I have filed a complaint with the state attorney's office. Marc Zinman did the same thing in Pennsylvania and was sued by the state attorney's office in that state. How was he able to do the same thing here. Also, he is correlated with Aaron Notary in Hallandale, according to the Division of Corporations. He was on their annual report in April of 2011 but was dropped in September of 2011. BE CAREFUL!
