I ordered the free sample which came a few days later. I used the sample, then mentioned it to my daughter to try. She read the details fully and told me I would need to cancel otherwise they would send me some each month. I did this on the 6 Jan and spoke to Helen Peters. She said she would do this. Today 14.1.14 I recd my credit card account to find that lift n glow have taken 2 x £84.71 from my account. I haven't recd any other product except the free sample. I have informed my credit card company and they are looking into it for me.
