I paid for the introductory offer for a jar of rejouvance cream for $4.99 (supposedly the shipping cost) . There was no mention anywhere in the offer of auto-enrollment and continued shipments after 14 days at the retail cost of the product. I received a confirmation email after I paid for the introductory offer, and at the very bottom ( in one sentence) it mentioned the auto-shipping that will occur after 14 days. I called immediately to cancel the order as I wasn't interested in automatic charges in the future. The representative spent awhile arguing that they could not refund the $4.99 as it was already charged. Ridiculous! I would not get a product, but I was to be stuck with the shipping charge! Preposterous and a total scam! Lesson learned, but want to warn others so as not to fall into the trap that Rejouvance puts customers in.
