Data Register sent an email on 19 Nov 2013 to verify my email using official looking email and urgency to validate within 48 hours. I clicked on link to their website http://companyregister.sg/verify-email?hash=59a443258ec40aedb5b68e316f996dbd
There was no indication of fee to pay after keying email address or after. So I typed in email address thinking that it was official from ACRA.
There was no email from them till 13 Jan 2014 when an email arrived stating that I have to pay S$490 for subscription as member.
