RVTL & Equinox

I sent for free trial of RVTL and Equinox. After 14 days on Jan. 6, I was charged over 189.00 for the trial. Then on Jan. 22, I was charged 199.00 for a new supply, I haven't recieved. I talk with customer service three times today, first two representatives hung up on me, refusing to give me a refund or let me talk to a supervisor. Third person said a supervisor would not be available for 45 minutes and I should return 2nd shipment when I recieve it and they would refund the 199.00 when processed. They said I would not be refunded the first charges and that I need not try contacting someone with authority to give me a refund, it was not going to happen. I have found numerous compliants about this company and I will be contacting my state's Attorney General. The funds from my account were not authorized by me and I will also be signing fraud papers with my bank and changing my information so they can not take any more funds. Hope everyone gets the word on these people and that they are not allowed to repackage and start a new campaign under a new name.
