few months back i has chosen Palmco as one of their rep came to our house and said that we are paying much higer rate with PSEG and they will provide a much better rate.
Now when I am going through my bills i see that I have been charged much higher than PSEG and when i called customer service they say we cannot do anything as this is a variable rate.
Plz help as my bill has tremendously increased.
