I was totally mislead by this company and advert,i paid for the shipping cost of £4 for a trial bottle of the so called miracle serum. I then received a call from the fraud dept at my bank asking questions about payments of £95 that had been taken out of my account and a £89 payment that was refused,i answered no and called the company straight away to see why they had taken this sum of money and was told by some horrible staff that it was my all my fault and that i had joined a subscription and by their terms and conditions was out of my 14 day trial period as it's from the date you place the order and was too late to cancel,so i sought legal advice and found that their terms clearly state that the 14 day trial period actually starts from the date the product is delivered,so i was within my 14 day trial but they had already taken payment the day before my trial period ended. They took £95 and now that i have cancelled their subscription i don't get their product either. I was advised to send a letter by recorded delivery to them requesting a full refund which i did today,as they are in breech of their terms and conditions and i am entitled by law and within my legal rights to receive a full refund according to trading standards consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000. This company is evil and a total scam and needs to be brought to justice for stealing so much money off so many people. Christina.
