I ordered the free trial with the understanding that I would be charged shipping only. It doesn't work as advertised with "amazing" results. I lost a few pounds in two weeks mostly because I don't feel as hungry, which is the only difference. I was then charged almost $90 with no notification at all, and without authorizing any payment besides the shipping charge. Apparently the free trial is only 14 days, but they don't give you a 14 day supply. They give you much more and then charge you if you don't send the rest back. So I called the number and she gave me another number to the "billing department" where the man have me yet another number to call. I called and was disconnected twice and then transferred to voicemail after holding for several minutes. I emailed them and got a response within 5 minutes, telling me they wouldn't refund the money but they cancelled the subscription. The "fine print" on the free trial was not clear, they should have sent the number of capsules for the free trial, and I absolutely should have been contacted. A good business would have emailed saying "how do you like your free trial? Here's a reminder that your trial is almost up, and you will be billed unless you cancel.. Etc"
