Despite my cancellation (like I was going to take a supplement shipped from China and marked "exempt on the custom's box), and the company's assurance (via email) that there would not be additional charges to my account, I was charged $89.99 on 1/21 and emailed the company to request this be corrected (no phone number available on the website, facebook page, or original receipt.)
Since emailing their cancellation team requesting that they cease charging and refund the $89.99 already charged, a second charge of $89.99 has been applied to my account and no contact has been made by the company. Emails to their "cancellation" and "support" teams have gone unanswered, as have facebook messages and direct posts.
I have contacted my bank to inform them of the situation and will be disputing these charges if they process fully and are taken from my account, but this is ridiculous. Please fix this problem before you end up costing me more overdraft fees!
