RVTL & Equinox
Complaint 302320 Details

I did order the free samples of RVTL & Equinox. I did see that the shipping cost would be covered by me. I did read that it was a 14 day trial but there wasn't anything that stood out that you were signing up for a monthly subscription. After continuing with the purchase, I received the bottles. My husband and I have used it for 2 days now and I saw a small reaction to my skin.

I went to the website that offered the free trial and in very faint grey writing towards the bottom is a link that states "term details". I was able to click on it and read that you are agreeing to sign up fir subscription of monthly shipments of both products at $100 each one.

I called just now to cancel trial on both products and was given reference numbers to both products showing it was cancelled. They did ask why I was canceling and I said skin reaction and the canceling was no big deal.

The compliant is trying to deceive the public by not being upfront in a bolder way so that the consumer knows what they are signing up for. Also, sending an invoice along with the products should be a standard. It is unprofessional. Even their packaging doesn't have a customer care phone number on it.
