I ordered 2 bottles of max garcinia pills for the special price of $1.99. I received both bottles but realized that a charge of 148.00 was taken from my account from this company. I called the company and was told that if I sent the merchandise back I would recieve a refund back to my account . I sent the merchandise back the same week that it was sent to me in September of 2013. I have called every week since then to speak to someone about my refund but to no avail. It is now 4 months later and I still haven't received my refund of $148.00. Can I sue this company ? I am outraged !!!! - I disputed with my credit card company and filed a complaint with BBB. Do it too!
