bought a computer from pc world with 12 months warranty.
the computer ceased to work and i phoned pc world who said they were not responsible and i should contact lenovo who would provide recovery disks.I contacted the number pc world gave me and the person i spoke to said they would send the disks within 2 weeks.They never arrived and when i phoned again the number was no longer in use.i tried to upgrade the computer with the upgrade disks i had when i bought the computer to windows 8.1 but i can only get a slow broadband in the place i live and now the computer is very very slow to the point it is almost unusabled.
any thing i can to to get pc world to resole the problem?
