For the past week I have been sending queries on where is the terms to pay screenshot after before we login and after we login. They showed a snapshot of the clause that we are bound to pay the $490, etc. But refused to show where it is located on the page where we login and did not answer my question on "where is the agree to pay button". Instead they send a rather nasty reminder to pay:

It is indicated on the invoice, when you have subscribed to our web portal services, you would have known the fees payable as per our invoice.
You shall be bound to settle the payment within 8 days from invoice date.

It's a similar thing with me. I registered because they said it was a last chance to sign up, had the impression they were a government agency and signed up.
During the process, I was never clearly informed that I would be billed or charged. The impression just never came about, especially since I didn't receive any request for credit card numbers. They seem to be deliberately subtle.
Will have to check with the government agencies on this. So far, doesn't seem right. -

- This is definitely not right and I have been sending emails corresponding with them and I that exactly the same type of reply I gotten from them. I had lodge a police report and ACRA. It seems we are unable to do anything except not paying them for the $$$ for the service which we are NOT AWARE and Agreeable.
