Did the trial, seemed too good to be true and it was, but luckily my roommate told me to make sure there wasn't a recurring fee. I checked before my 14 day trial was up. I cancelled it but even though their terms and conditions clearly states
"Cancellation Fee: The trial bottle is complimentary and does not need to be returned. Bottles of the product that are received after the 1st Trial bottle will have one of two options for the consumer." I was informed by the representative that I had to return the TRIAL bottle when it clearly says that it does not need to returned. I argued with the representative for a while and they just told me it's worded wrong and they can see how I could read it that way. I honestly don't think there is another way you could mistakenly read "The trial bottle is complimentary and does not need to be returned." I'm just glad I was never charged more and to make sure of it I called my bank and had them cancel my card and send me another one in case of future charges.
