--Operates possibly in China [Beijing]. This site is registered with GoDaddy and all contact data is based in China. --
www.realpay.com is also fraudulent collection /processing for payments for this site. --
I have reported this site to the Federal Trade Commission [FTC] Consumer Internet Fraud.
