I thought something was suspect when my credit card information wasn't put through a security procedure on purchase of the free samples. They were delivered very quickly but with no despatch note and usual paper inclusions. Luckily I kept the website as a bookmark because now it can't be googled. I have also rung the telephone number and you are kept hanging on the line after a recorded answer. I have emailed their customer service address daily but no response. I have also blocked any future payments from my credit card as I have only lost the initial p & p fees. The creams are rubbish and cause flaking of facial skin. This company (or more than one company as they use different names) are definitely a scam. Please be aware everyone.
