I ordered the 2 free advertised CD's from CD Earth, only on completion of order was I notified of another 2 CD's being sent with my order, which I had to evaluate and could return if not interested.
Yesterday I picked up the package from the post office and had to pay R25 for the package, which I did (even though I was not informed of this in any communication)
After returning home, I received a text and email message stating that a transaction on my credit card was returned due to insufficient funds. Upon querying this with my bank, I was informed that CD Earth tried to bill an amount of $29.98 (ZAR R337-34) to my credit card (this is on the same day I received the package, not even after the 25 days I have to evaluate the package and decide if I want the 2 extra CD's that I havent even ordered.)
I went to the cancellation page on www.cdearth.com/freeCD to cancel everything, but have to include my credit card's CCV code (which I never submitted in the first place, as the CD's were supposed to have been free)
