I have got a letter from this company too. And I strongly believe that this company is fake and trying to cheat other companies by sending them email notifications mentioning that we have used their service and have to pay the amount stated in their invoice. I was also surprised when I received their notification for the first time. I didn't even know what kind of service they are providing and when did I engage them for help.
My reasons for suspecting this company are,
1. There is no direct contact number in their Website other than sending emails.
2. I asked them many times to give me a call to discuss more about the invoice, and they were keep sending emails but not a call.
3. They didn't mention anything in the invoice about the service that they provided to my company.
4. This company does not have a proper office and address. The one stated in their website seems like, it is used for the sake of registration of their company.

Hi Good,
The company refused to waive and indicated 8 days grace to clear the payment before action taken. What good does police report make when ACRA is still investigating and no action given? The company claim their T&C has everything even though we know when we update the information, the cost is not made known -
