I had purchased deep sea cosmetics product, the sales lady was Shelly, I told her I have very sensitive skin , I don't want try this product. she comfortable me this is best quality product , if any problem she will help me ask manager get refund, because I saw the receipt after she swiped the credit card and let me signed it.
she mention those products cost $3000 for eye's cream and serum,hexalin thermal mask,day cream.I was charge total $619.88. she give me very deep discount.
After 5 days, I found I have etching on my face,very bad reaction on my face was all red , so I have to see Dr for releasing medicine. I went koish in the mall for refunded, no one take response me , manager rejected it said "on the receipt no refund only exchange in 14 days"
what kind of scam.
