Saw multiple ads on Pandora for improved skin condition - redness, spots, wrinkles, elasticity,etc. Suffer from rosacia so always looking for something to lessen redness and discomfort. Ad said free trial with cost of shipping $4.95. Ordered 11/12. Went on vacation 11/24 still not received. While on vacation received order and surprise withdrawal of $89.10 from Pathos and 89.76 from Biogeniste,from my bank account on 11/25 which caused an overdraft and additional fee of $25 (each) since had emptied account for vacation cash. Tried to find contact info but no phone numbers on anything in mailing.
