They called saying they were th US DEpt. of Legal Affairs and if my back taxes were not paid immediately they were sending the local PD out to arrest me and take me to jail for 6 months with NO bail. I told them my son is the Chief of Police in my Village and they said they didn't care if he was the President of the US, they were coming out in 30 minutes to take me away. I'm still waiting.
