I ordered a dress for my school ball, when it came they had not taken into account any hip measurement and the material and quality was horrible and nothing like the picture. I emailed a complaint and they agreed to send me a free dress, which I chose, but it ended up being out of stock. They agreed to send me another one of my choice but this was almost 2 months ago ad i haven't heard from them since. No matter how much positive feedback you read about this site, do not buy from here.
