Clean Sweep Estate sales is an estate sale company owned and operated by Janet Craig Holland. The woman scams you into providing a 3 day estate sale providing 40% of the sale proceeds to her! and 60% to the seller. She sells everything you own, collects cash and credit card payments and then makes excuse after excuse for not paying you the 60%. She disappears with your money. Our sale collected (according to her) over $18,000 of which we haven't seen a penny. After looking her up on the BBB, she has done this repeatedly over the past 2 years.
