These people claim you signed up for their services, which is completely false. They operate under other aliases and charge your credit card monthly. I had a charge of $19.65 to reduction guru and also a charge of $19.65 to balanced media services.

When I called reduction guru, they saw the charge from balanced media services and wouldn't refund my money because it's beyond their 60 day return policy. Interesting that reduction guru had access to a completely different company's charges to my account. That convinced me that these scam artists are working under multiple aliases, hoping that an inconspicuous $19.65 charge doesn't get noticed.

I canceled their services but knew they could still charge my card...these are scam artists. I canceled our cards...such a hassle, but worth it.
