First of all would like to complain regarding customer service, when calling they don't answer the phone or they say call back in a couple of hours the system is down, very frustrating. I ordered the product back in Nov 2013, In December still waiting for my trial bottles. Called customer service twice and informed them that I do not have my products but yet 2 amounts were taken off my visa one for $3.79 & $4.99 on Nov 22. I was informed I would receive my products by early December. I finally receieved my products end of December . I was informed by customer service that they changed my 30 trial period. I today have had This product for 3 weeks only used it for two due to rash reaction to my face. I never had the chance to cancel my order but yet 2 more payments were taken from my visa one for $89.32 & $87.91. I wish to return This product and wish my visa re credited for the two amounts of $89.31& $87.91 .
