I ordered the two $4.95 S/H trials. I had two weeks to cancel. My credit card company called me to verify that I had ordered them. I assumed since I used only one application for both orders, that one phone call would cancel them both. I was charged $89+ change. I had sent an email to verify that both had been cancelled. Surprise it didn't. So I got another one in the mail which I returned. I waited long enough for it to be back to them. To make the rest of the story short. I found that the cancellation was a few mins later than the two weeks I had signed up for. Then they said they could not verify the item returned (unopened) was really from me and could only give me a partial refund. I accepted the partial and recommend people stay away from them. Sometimes money just isn't worth the effort.
