This past Friday I spent two hour on the phone with a tech person who answered the phone when I called the 800 number at the top of my RegClean Pro tool.
I explained to him exactly what was going on. My computer began having problems immediately after running the defrag tool on RegClean Pro.
The tech guy on the phone ran me through a number of procedures to fix the problem. However, when he caused my computer to get stuck on the "blue screen" with an error message and no way to get the computer to do anything at all, he said he was done and left me saying that all I had to do was wait and the computer would finish fixing itself. This is not the case. I am left with a computer that now needs professional help to get it off the blue screen. I am not happy!
What do you recommend I do at this point? All I know to do is take my computer in to be repaired. I am asking that you pay for the repair, as it is the tech guy that answered the phone when I called the 800 number on RegClean Pro who left me with this problem. If the call was recorded, please review it. You will see exactly what I am talking about.
