I order a pair of Bailey Uggs on 12/27/13 that showed they were in stock. I gave them a little over 2 wks for shipping since the holidays are a busy time for everyone. I began emailing on 1/13/14 and was told my order was out of stock. This was a Xmas gift and I have yet to receive my monies to buy something else. I have been getting the run around regarding my refund since. Please advise as I want my monies back and am willing to do what it takes.
