I fell for the free trial and tried the product as they told us to. I found it did not work and was not aware of the 14 day trial period, I assumed it was 30 days. I called customer service and was told I was just over the 14 days and therefore had to pay. Most products offer a 30 day send back refund.
I find that their ad is both misleading and use unfair practices to scam us out of big money. I am filing a complaint with Comcast internet because they run their ad on my home page to look at every day. They should do something or be held accountable for my loss as well.
