Also received similar fraudulent misrepresentation by Singapore Company Register in nov 2013 asking to my company to update missing info in Singapore Company Register database. Subsequently, they wrote again in jan 2013 as Data Register billing me $490 for subscription. Not paying and contemplating making police report.

- Please Lodge a police report. We all had done so and this is the only way to get the police to investigate.

- same issue for my company. The sign up T&C say nothing about a payment, but they claim that if you log-in, other T&Cs there say you agree to pay for a subscription. It was 2months ago, I cannot confirm nor deny what I did or did not do, and I do not have log-in info now to check what T&Cs they have now or if they are the same as the time in November they claimed I logged in.
