same thing happened to me, agreed on shipping. then unauthorized debit on my credit card.... canceled credit card immediately to avoid future debits, and then contacted purecollagen with phone number provided from visa company, 1-888-235-3764...i spoke with a customer service agent name Yas, ID number 1117733, have no idea if it's legit... she told me to return any unused product to this address: 5023 West 120 Ave #181, Broomfield, CO, 80020 in order to get full refund.
however still very very sketchy... she originally did not offer me return address, and insisted it will be on an confirmation email... however, i insisted for the address, and guess what, there was no email not even in the junk box..... also, not sure if it was bcuz the calls are outsourced and girl had accent, but i made her repeat the address with full spelling, and when i googled it, the city was still spelled wrong but everything else was right... i did make her confirm spelling twice and it's just overall a very sketchy call... and she was very reluctant to tell me return address kinda thing.... still not sure what to do.... i just want my money back like everyone else!
