I was asked by your company to re submit this story as more complaints have risen across the country.

I was contacted by Pacific Corporate Services on 1-6-11 asked me if I would like to build my business credit,I told them I just had a recent personal Bankruptcy and said it would not be a good idea.

First I had to register with credit agencies to get credit reporting.which was o.k.

They told me it would be a "business" credit not personal,so I agreed. The fee was 495.00
After going through their 6 step program I was finding road blocks as most of the credit was not easy that they asked you to get vendor lines of credit that didn't pertain you your business at all.
Then they asked you to apply for creditcards for stuff like a fleet-gas card etc

I was getting refused for credit because of my resent bankruptcy.
It was a dead end.This went on for 7 months.

Then I get a call from another person in the office on 7-7-11 telling me that my business was now looking really good and that now I qualified to get a small business loan for 187.000 due to the new obama plan to get small business to put people to work,etc
Again,I was skeptical but was told their company had a allot invested in me that if I turned
I down I would be sorry.
So I did it,they charged me 2850.00 to get a loan for funding my business.
After preparing over 50 documents,having my accountant prepare paperwork such as balance sheets i submitted to them.
At this time i was very vigilante about this and kept in close contact to check on the status for about 2 months and was very happy that their was a positive plan to get my business
in good shape.
After staying in contact I was finally told that "no banks are loaning any money right now",I was getting declined because of my recent personal bankruptcy and My business was considered"risky".

So I started asking for my money back due to misrepresentation and was declined.

I sent them a demand letter asking to get paid back 4094.00
