I mistakenly called "Funvantage" while trying to dial MetaBank. Because I believed the person I was speaking to was a MetaBank representative, so I agreed to paying $4.95 shipping for a Funvantage package which would contain promotional items. My account was charged. After hanging up the phone on inspection of the number I dialed - it was one digit off the number I had intended to call. When I called that number back, it just rang once and went dead. I since have "cancelled" the Funvantage service, but the package never arrived. I have been unable to reach any human at Funvantage for a refund of the shipping costs for the package I never recieved.
