I was told the tv I bought was compatible with devices like tablets and smart phones so it bought the neccessary hardware. The first CSR at curtis took me through many steps to make sure I had my iPhone hooked up right, etc. After being transferred to two more 'technicians', a supervisor finally told me that my tv isn't compatible with cell phones. Over an hour later, and four transfers later, I was finally told that none of curtis's TVs are compatible with any cell phone. Another hour later, and while trying to find out which tablet will be compatible, another supervisor so rudely tells me "no tablet is compatible, how about that?" I told him I needed to talk to his boss but he would only give me an email address. I've been emailing them every day for two weeks. I called back yesterday and spent another couple hours talking to 10 different people and received even more different answers. Someone finaly told me they can send me a list of compatible tablets, even though I had been told multiple times that wasn't a possibility. At this point, information isn't good enough. They need to give me, or sell me at a discounted price, a tablet that's compatible with my tv. I wish I could take it back but it's past the time you're allowed to return things. Everyone at that company is a moron and they all need retraining.
