I purchased the free trial @ 4.95 and then my account was debited 89.99 without my knowledge. When I called to cancel the girl told me that I dad 12 days to cancel the product to not get charged the 89.99 ( the fine print) then I called back and said well I didn't receive the bottle until the January 6 , so I still can cancel and get the charge 89.99 off my account. She asked, "well, did u open the bottle.? I replied yes. She said they can't take it back. I said well how can u try it if you don't open it. I said well i guess you're suppose to order it and look at the bottle. Then send it back . It didn't make sense. I would like a refund. Thank you Robin (Personal Information Removed)
