I ordered a JT Cybrid paintball package from this site it included the JT Cybrid paintball gun, a hopper, a squeegee, 100 paintballs, a mask and a barrel plug and then I added tank o-rings for a dollar extra. I got an email from the site saying that I would get another email with a tracking number. Then I got a second email saying that the tank o-rings have been back ordered and apparently that means that the entire package can not be delivered. I waited for a week and a half and I got another email saying:
"Dear Valued Customer,
Please accept our deepest apologies for our mistake in regard to your recent purchase. We mistakenly advertised the JT Cybrid Paintball Gun as an entire marker package, which it is not.

It was not our intention to mislead or disappoint you. If you would like to continue with your purchase, no action is necessary. If you would like to cancel your order, please respond to this email within 3 business days, so that we can take care of the cancellation for you. Please note that no response will result in a shipment of merchandise.

Again, we are sincerely sorry.

I emailed them back as soon as I read this and told them to cancel my order. I also read reviews of this website and it seems that there are a lot of other customers who have had the same experience and are extremely upset and they spent even more money. I emailed them a second time today on 10/27/2011 telling them to cancel my order again and I would like my money back and that other customers are upset as well. I have not gotten a reply from either emails.
