International boundaries
1 day after payment, the seller advised that there is no stock of the item. This is totally unacceptable and I requested for a refund as I do not want to choose another replacement item.
The seller forced me to choose something else and have refused a refund. I have made payment to them via RealPay and nothing was refunded.
I have very disappointed at the service standard and have reported this to Department of Fair Trading as well as Australian Federal Police

The company and RealPay was claim that they have refunded me. Checked with Westpac which is my bank and nothing has been initiated.

I have emailed the company and RealPay and all I got was a copy and paste reply which is very annoying. They are definitely lying and out to cheat customers.
